Losing my iPod touch

In 2009 after coming back from a christmas vacation with my family in Orlando, Florida I had received a lot of really cool and awesome Christmas presents, like a WII and a new cell phone.  But, the one gift that really stood out to the most to me was the iPod touch 4th Generation, that was given to me by my mom's boyfriend. At the time I had no idea what a iPod was, so I had to learn how to use it.  I had it for a long time, until March 2011 my earphones broke on me.  So one day at school, after listening to music, and showing people the cool pictures I had taken, it was time to leave school so, I get on the bus and, and sit in my normal seat in the back of the bus, but today the bus was kind of empty. So, as the bus pulled off, I put my feet up in the chair, since nobody was sitting next to me, and I took a nap. My iPod was in my sleeve of my coat. I slept for five minutes, and then looked at my iPod to see that time, and then went back to sleep, 15 minutes later and we finally arrived at my stop. I got up and stretched, and when I was swinging my backpack on my back, I heard something fall, at the time, I had no idea what it was, by the time I got into My house, I reached for my iPod so I could listen to one of my favorite songs.  So I started searching in my pocket for my iPod and I could not find it.  I remembered putting it inside my sleeve, and I thought I could have been my iPod that I heard drop when I was on the bus but by the I realized the bus was gone and I could not believe it.  The next morning when everyone was getting off the bus, I told the bus driver that I lost my iPod on the bus. He told me that I can look under the seats, and that he would ask the bus on the loud speaker. I started to look and I could not find it.
