$5 Gas

I was reading in the newspaper today that gas prices in some areas has exceeded $5.00 a gallon, which I feel is ridiculous and it really sucks.  The article I read said that gas prices have exceeded the $5 a gallon mark in Los Angeles which is horrible I mean not everyone can afford to pay this, I know I would not be able to, even if you have car that gets gas milage it still gets expensive.  The article also stated that a break in gas prices is on it's way but I wont believe it until I see it, but still I doubt the prices wont go anywhere below $4 a gallon which is sad to think that we used to pay less then a $1 for gas.  I am glad that where I live in Pennsylvania that gas is still averaging around $3.89 a gallon but even that is still quite expensive.  I hope something changes and something changes soon because this is just getting way out of control.
