Customer Service

Customer Service is a very difficult job, it really takes a lot of patience and determination.  I know what it is like to work in customer service, I have been working at a little family owned Good Neighbor Pharmacy for the last three years,  and the customers that come are not always the nicest people.  I have had customer who come in that are very nice and respectful and bring a smile to my face and then I have seen customers come in who are ignorant as all get out, and have no clue what respect is, and I have seen customers come in drunk, high, and stoned and have no idea what day it is.  I will tell you this working in customer service does wear you out a lot, and luckily I am young so I still have some time to change my career path.  But one thing is for sure I have developed a newfound respect for people who work in customer service because it is not easy for sure.
